We sell and service a complete line of safety lighting products. If you don’t see an item you are searching for here on our website, please contact us. If you are ordering a quantity of lights or represent a municipality, school or business and wish to set up an account with us, call us at 1-800-791-7715, email us at www.fleet-strobe.com, or click on CONTACT US in the menu to the left.
Our goal is to ship your order the day it is received, or the following day, depending on time of day, and the day of receipt of your order. (We ship Monday through Friday.) If there is a delay due to lack of inventory we will notify you via email or by phone.
If you wish OVERNIGHT or any other option other than GROUND transportation, please call us so that we may facilitate that option for you.
If you are outside the contiguous 48 states, please call us to explore the best shipping options to meet your needs.
Warranties vary on products from 1 to 5 years. Lights have a 2 Year warranty, unless specifically noted on product info page. The warranty covers parts (excluding bulbs and cords) and labor from date of manufacture on all lights. Return defective product to us (shipping charges at your cost) for repair or replacement. We will ship repaired or replaced product back to you at no charge. This warranty is void in case of abuse or misuse of product.
We recommend when returning a light for service to ship via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery.
Light out of warranty? We can repair lights in most cases, for a nominal charge plus cost of parts and shipping. Please email or call us for more information.
Our Return Policy
In Stock Items: We will accept return of products in original condition in original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of product. A refund for the full amount of the product will apply.
Special Order Items: (These are items for which product specifications are changed to meet your individual requirements.) We will accept return of products in original condition in original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of product. A refund for the full amount of the product less a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds will not include the cost of shipping or return shipping costs. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as the original purchase (i.e. credit card purchases will be credited to the original purchasing credit card).
We recommend returning all product via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery.
How do I purchase an item at Fleet-Strobe.com using the PayPal Shopping Cart?
When you wish to purchase an item from Fleet Industries, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to the item. This button will launch a new web browser window with a secure page hosted by PayPal, displaying the contents of your PayPal Shopping Cart. Here, you can change the quantity of the item, continue shopping, remove items from the cart, or check out.
If you click to continue shopping, you will be taken back to the web browser window showing the Fleet Industries website (Depending on your browser settings, you may need to manually close the window to be returned to fleet-strobe to continue shopping.). From here, you can view the PayPal Shopping Cart by clicking another “Add to Cart” button to purchase another item, or by clicking on the “View Cart” button.
When you click to check out, you will be directed to enter your credit card, shipping information, and email address if you do not have a PayPal account. If you DO have a PayPal account simply follow the instructions to log-in for quicker checkout. Once you have submitted this information, Fleet Industries will be sent an email informing us of your purchase and your email address and shipping information. You will then be sent back to the Fleet-strobe.com site. During the purchase process Fleet-strobe.com uses secure PayPal pages for checkout.
